The Trick with Blogging....
Is to have a blog that's a) relevant and enjoyable for people to read. b) enjoyable for the blogger to use.
The blogger needs to figure out what they enjoy blogging about. Anything is bloggable, even I'm bloggable, but that can make for a dull blog if done incorrectly.
What format is this subject matter best displayed in? Photo, text, video, sound? After this question is answered a blog website can be picked.
My experience with blogging websites is fairly limited but let me explain the 5 websites I have used so far:
Blogger: geared toward text oriented bloggers, photos/video work well here as well.
Tumblr: a cross of facebook, twitter, youtube, and instagram. Photo blogging is the norm on here. Oh, and watch out for the fandoms.
Youtube: Vlogs, that is all.
Twitter: super tiny blog posts, all the dang time.
Facebook: usually not considered a "blog website". Can be used as such though.
And remember kids, post frequently, post quality content.

Music Monday #1
Favorite Song: Fireflies by Owl City
I started listening to Owl City when this song was a radio hit. I remember the first time I heard it. I was in Mr. Myers 11th grade English/Literature class (the exact title of the class escapes me). Mr. Myers did this thing where he would waste spend the whole period having us watch various Youtube videos. One day we watched this video. I bought the song on my brand new iTunes account and the rest is history.
